Celebrating the theme for Black History Month 2026: A Century of Black History Commemorations, For Us & Before Us is a two day showcase + marketplace highlighting legacy, innovation, cultural impact of Black artists and trailblazers across the diaspora. The event will feature visual artists, vendors, performances, and panel conversations celebrating Black artistry and history, and provide inspiration for the future.
Launched in 2019, Better Than Yesterday Social was founded by artist Oshantay Waite.
