COVID-19 Safety Policies

Abrons Arts Center is committed to creating a space where we work together to ensure each others’ safety as an artistic community. Whether you are a teacher, student, performer, audience member, artist or visitor, you are part of our community. Abrons Arts Center has laid out the following set of policies by which everyone entering our building must abide to ensure the health and safety of all.

Thank you for working with us and following these policies. Failure to follow these policies will result in you being asked to leave the building.

These protocols may change at any time based on changes in legal requirements, changes in guidance from the CDC, city or state mandates, changes in the severity of the pandemic in our area, or other factors. Abrons Arts Center will endeavor to give as much notice as possible about these changes, but please understand that these changes may not be entirely under the Center’s control and are subject to city, state, and federal regulations.

Why We Mask

Abrons Arts Center aims to be an inclusive environment for all community members, including those who are immunocompromised and for whom infectious diseases can lead to serious medical complications. Masks are an important tool to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and other airborne viruses. By wearing a mask, you are doing your part to protect yourself and others from becoming ill. Thank you for your partnership in keeping Abrons a safe and welcoming arts center for all!
